For your information: The numbers that you see on this page are PREDICTIVE RATINGS. They are computer-generated and based on the past performances of each horse. Early, Middle, Late predict the early, middle and late speed of a horse. Total predicts the overall speed, whereas Recent does the same but recents runs are given a higher weight in the calculations. Pace predicts how likely a horse is to lead the field. This is also based on past performances. The scale of the ratings is as follows: * Speed ratings: Minimum = 1 point, Maximum = 100 points, 1 length = 3 points * Pace ratings (Quirin-style): Minimum = 0 points, Maximum = 10 points
